Coleton Tillett brings extensive experience in elementary education, curriculum development, and school leadership to her role as Lower School Principal. She holds master’s degrees in Curriculum and Instruction and Educational Leadership from the American College of Education, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is a licensed educator in New Jersey and South Carolina and has completed professional learning in the Primary Years Program (PYP) and international school leadership.

Jakub Grzeszczuk has worked in education since 2017 and joined Amerasia in 2022. He holds a Master of Science in Biology, specializing in Microbiology, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Wrocław. He also completed the Inter-Faculty Pedagogical Study at Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences. Jakub serves as MYP Coordinator and Head of the Sciences Department while teaching DP Biology. An experienced IB educator and workshop leader, he has completed IB training in MYP and DP coordination, DP Biology, DP Environmental Systems and Societies, and MYP Sciences.

Stella Zhao has worked in international education for 11 years and joined Qingdao Amerasia International School (QAIS) in 2015. She holds a master's degree in international education of Chinese Language and a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language and Literature. Currently serving as the DP Coordinator and an MYP and DP Language Acquisition teacher, Stella is committed to supporting effective IB implementation, curriculum development, and student growth. She is an IB Workshop Leader with expertise in DP coordination, MYP and DP Language Acquisition, and holds a senior high school teaching qualification.

Christopher Lehane Kendrick has worked in education for 12 years and joined QAIS in 2022. He holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership, a PGCE in Secondary Mathematics, a PGCert in Post 16 Mathematics Education, and a bachelor’s degree. Chris leads the Mathematics Department, teaches MYP and DP Mathematics, and coordinates examinations and data for teaching and learning. He is also an IB DP Mathematics examiner and a tutor in secondary mathematics education at the University of Buckingham. Chris has completed additional IB Mathematics and MYP training.
