September Assembly!

At this year’s first 1-12 assembly on Wednesday, September 25th, teachers introduced the four QAIS houses! After all of the students were assigned, the teams of Earth, Wind, Fire, and Water began choosing their mascots, developing chants, and designing their house logos.

Finally the multi-age groups returned to the Auditorium to perform their chants. The Dinosaurs (Earth house) and Lions (Wind house) roared; the Volcanos (Fire house) erupted; and the Kragon’s (Water house) romped on the stage.

House activities at QAIS will enable our students to work together in multi-age groups, building relationships with kids of different ages and abilities.
