Montessori Journeys bring parents into the classroom for a practical learning experience. On Saturday morning, more than 30 parents explored the learning environments their children experience in Toddler, Early Childhood, and Grades 1 and 2. Guided by experienced Montessori educators, parents took part in classroom activities and explored teaching materials. They learned how Montessori education encourages curiosity and independence while supporting children’s development across five key areas: language, mathematics, culture, sensorial learning, and practical life. 

his was the first of five Montessori Journeys planned for this academic year. The next session, “Montessori Journey Series II: Educational Philosophy,” will take place on September 29, followed by the “Mathematics Journey” on October 21. Additional sessions will follow later in the year. We encourage parents of children aged 0 to 9 to attend and learn more about the Montessori classroom environment.
