Qingdao Amerasia International School took full advantage of our beautiful location near Liu Qing He Beach by hosting a joyful community Beach Day filled with sunshine, movement, and connection. From Toddlers to DP students, parents, grandparents, and staff, the entire community came together for a morning of outdoor fun and House activities on the sand. 

Families enjoyed beach games, House competitions, Parent Connect Zumba, yoga, Tai Ji, picnics, and student performances, creating special memories together outside of the classroom. The event concluded with a community beach cleanup, reminding us that caring for our home, Planet Earth, is a shared responsibility. 

Beach Day was a beautiful reflection of the Amerasia spirit: community, wellness, peace education, and meaningful connection with nature. After all, few things reduce stress more than sunshine, fresh air, and spending time together as a community!
