What happens when a school comes together around creativity, purpose, and joy?
RISE & THRIVE: BEG Arts Week was exactly that; a powerful celebration of who QAIS is as a community.
From Early Childhood to DP 2, the Jinshi Museum became a living gallery of student voice. Curated by student artists and arts team, the exhibition showcased a rich diversity of media and deep, thoughtful expression.
Toddler to Grade 5 students engaged in hands-on workshops led by parent volunteers, staff, and teachers. Upper School students used the gallery for creative writing, reflection, and interdisciplinary learning.
Ms. Fei Guojian, Lead of the professional Art Gallery MoFeiMo, noted that she was deeply impressed by the Exhibitis level of completion, authenticity, and diversity. She expressed great surprise, stating that she had never seen a school art exhibition reach such a high standard before!
What stood out most was the spirit of community.
QAIS came together with open hearts and willing hands. Under the leadership of EC teacher Shabina Bastianz, QAIS created 10 quilted blankets for Hopeful Hearts.
The exhibition also created real impact, with student artwork sold and auctioned, raising funds in support of our programmes and the iFOUNDATION.
This is the Amerasia Difference.
One School.
One Community.
One Future.
