MYP GRADUATION
Upper School gathered in celebration, reflection, and joyful recognition of a pivotal milestone — the MYP Graduation Ceremony for our MYP 5 students, Estera, Peter, Jim, Ayumi and Tudor. With proud hearts and misty eyes, teachers, families, and friends honored the journeys of students who have grown into thoughtful, resilient young adults ready to take on the next challenge: the IB Diploma Programme.
Serving as our Master of Ceremonies, Mr. Jakub Grzeszczuk, MYP Coordinator and Head of Science, skillfully guided the event with humor and heartfelt words, reminding everyone of just how far these students have come. A powerful moment followed as the MYP 5 class video brought laughter and tears, capturing classroom moments, candid memories, and the spirit of a cohort who supported each other every step of the way.
Our keynote speaker, Mr. Victor Lopez, Director of Athletics, inspired the audience with a message that blended personal experience and universal truth: resilience, teamwork, and staying true to your goals will carry you far — both on and off the field.
A standout performance of “Eye of the Tiger” by our students electrified the room, and student speakers Peter and Tudor shared powerful reflections on lessons learned during the MYP journey. Their words reminded us that real growth often happens outside our comfort zones. A surprise video was played with graduates’ parents saying beautiful words directed at their children in their mother tongue – Polish, Romanian, English, Chinese, and Dutch.
Dr. Chris Vicari, Director, and Mr. Kevin Wheeler, Upper School Principal, presented graduation certificates with heartfelt congratulations, while a special address to parents by Dr. Vicari and Luo Min acknowledged the crucial role of family support in every student’s success.

MYP毕业典礼
上周五，中学部全体师生齐聚MYP 毕业典礼，共同庆祝MYP 5 学生 Estera、Peter、Jim、Ayumi 和 Tudor 迈向新的里程碑。老师、家人和朋友们怀着自豪和激动的心情，共同回顾并见证了MYP5学生们的成长历程，他们已然成长为有思想、有毅力的年轻人，准备迎接下一个挑战：IBDP大学预科课程。
MYP 协调员兼科学部主任 Jakub Grzeszczuk 老师以幽默并发自肺腑的主持词拉开序幕。随后，MYP 5的成长视频给大家带来了欢笑和泪水，记录了课堂上的点点滴滴、自然真实的回忆以及一路走来同学之间互相支持的精神，标记着MYP5取得的成就与进步。
体育部主任Victor López老师作为主旨演讲人，结合体育运动向听众传递了一个信息：无论是在赛场上还是场下，坚韧不拔的精神、团队合作以及坚持自己的目标将使你走得更远。
学生们的精彩表演《虎视眈眈》点燃全场，学生演讲者 Peter 和 Tudor 分享了他们在 MYP 学习过程中汲取的经验教训，告诉我们真正的成长往往需要踏出舒适区。来自毕业生家长的祝贺视频为现场带来惊喜，父母们用母语——波兰语、罗马尼亚语、英语、中文——一一对孩子们说出了温暖动人的话语。
校长Chris Vicari博士和中学部校长Kevin Wheeler先生向毕业生颁发了毕业证书并表示衷心的祝贺。Vicari博士和罗旻老师发表了特别致辞，强调家庭支持对每个学生的成功都至关重要。

MYP 졸업식
중고등부는 MYP5 학생 – Estera, Peter, Jim, Ayumi와 Tudor의 졸업을 축하하기 위해 한자리에 모였습니다. 교사, 가족, 친구들은 이들이 성숙하고 회복력 있는 청소년으로 성장해 IB 디플로마 프로그램의 새로운 여정을 시작할 준비가 되었음을 기쁜 마음과 뿌듯한 감정으로 함께 나누었습니다.
이번 행사의 사회는 MYP 코디네이터이자 과학 부장인 Mr Jakub Grzeszczuk가 맡아, 유쾌하면서도 진심 어린 말로 졸업생들의 여정을 되돌아보게 해주었습니다. 이어진 MYP5 학급 영상은 교실에서의 여러 순간들, 솔직한 추억, 그리고 서로 지지하며 함께한 여정을 담아, 웃음과 눈물을 자아냈습니다.
키노트 연설자인 체육부장 Mr Victor Lopez는 개인적인 경험과 보편적 진리를 담은 메시지로 청중을 감동시켰습니다. “회복력, 팀워크, 목표에 대한 확고함이 앞으로의 삶을 이끌어줄 것”이라는 그의 말은 모두의 가슴에 깊이 새겨졌습니다.

총교장 Dr Chris Vicari, 중고등부 교장 Mr Kevin Wheeler는 따뜻한 축하와 함께 졸업장을 수여했고 Dr Vicari와 Mrs Luo Min은 자리해주신 학부모에 특별한 연설을 통해 자녀들의 성공 뒤에 있는 가족의 지지라는 결정적인 헌신이 있었음을 진심으로 인정하고 감사의 마음을 전했습니다.
